See it, Snap it, Send it!

You can make a difference everyday too. Illegal dumping is a serious matter, reporting violators is the first step in enforcing the law. It's illegal to dump trash of any kind anywhere in the city, there are hefty fines that come with it if caught. Help us, help you by reporting illegal dumpers in action. If you see illegal dumping while it is in progress, snap a photo and send it to SBDirect@SBCity.org, along with detailed information as to where it is happening, the time of day, and description of the vehicle used and violators. However, please do not put yourself at risk for any reason. Let's stop them before they do it again. Report it!

See items dumped in your neighborhood? DON'T STAY QUIET, REPORT IT!

Report dumped items you see around town. You have three easy options at your fingertips...

1. Call SB Direct - 909-384-7272
2. Download the free GORequest mobile app
The app is GPS enabled and allows for picture uploads. Please note, the GPS moves as you move, so if you are no longer at the dump site, please provide the cross streets or the closest street address. (carrier data rates apply). In addition, if you take a photo while in the app, the system can use the location coordinates associated with the photo if the location services is "on" for the app.

3. Submit an issue through the SB Access Online webpage

Quality of Life Team

The Quality of Life Team seeks to address blight in the City of San Bernardino as it relates to the recovery, economic development, public safety and well-being of our community. If you see encampments or major dump sites, report it. This special task force is dedicated to addressing these types of concerns. Report by calling SB Direct, submitting an online service request through SB Access Online or via the GORequest mobile app (see above).
