Council Chamber Use Permit Information
The City of San Bernardino Council Chambers, located at 300 North "D" Street, are available to the general public for events. The Chambers have fixed, auditorium-style seating for 152 people. Since food and drink may not be served in the Chambers, the room is best used for large group meetings. To use the Council Chambers, a Use Permit must be completed and appropriate fees paid. The applicant must also furnish a certificate of insurance. To see if the Chambers are available for your event, or to obtain a permit application, contact the City Manager's Office at (909) 384-5122.

Fees:
$300.00 ($50.00 for governmental organizations) for use during normal working hours of 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday. An additional after-hours fee of $25.00 per hour is charged from 5:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. Evening use must conclude by 11:00 p.m.

Completed Chamber Use Permit Applications should be returned, along with the application fee, to the City Manager's Office, 300 N. "D" Street, San Bernardino, CA 92418. Applications can be submitted in person or by mail.
