 | Filming Permit Information All motion picture, television, or still photography on location within the City of San Bernardino requires a Filming Permit. Permits are required even if filming will take place on private property. To obtain a permit, an application must be completed and a permit application fee of $63.00 must be paid. The applicant will also be required to provide a certificate of insurance. The Filming Permit Application may also be downloaded and printed by clicking here: Filming Permit Application Completed Filming Permit Applications should be returned, along with the application fee, to the City Manager's Office, 300 N. "D" Street, San Bernardino, CA 92418 (in person or by mail). Applications may also be submitted via fax to (909) 384-5138; however, the application fee must be received prior to issuance of the permit.
