Welcome to the Multi-family Rental Housing Fire Inspection Program page. Here you will find information concerning inspection procedures and documents related to the inspection process. Here are links to a copy of the inspection sheet used by the Fire Department for inspection of your property. You may want to print this out to conduct your own "pre-inspection" of your property prior to our arrival. Additionally, there is a copy of Municipal Code 1176, Resolution 2008-149, an FAQ sheet, a sample notification letter you may use to notify your tenants of the upcoming inspection, and our   Equipment under Fire Department Supervision form. Also, you may wish to observe your property for any Code Compliance issues, such as unmaintained landscaping, trash and debris, or graffiti. To conduct your own Code Compliance inspection, print out the Code Enforcement Inspection Report.
