Due to flooding, the Norman F. Feldheym Central Library located at 555 West 6th Street will be closed until further notice. The three branch libraries will be open Mon-Tues from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.; Wed-Thurs 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Howard Rowe Branch is located at 108 E. Marshall Blvd, Dorothy Inghram Branch is located at 1505 W. Highland Ave, and Paul Villaseñor Branch is at 525 N. Mt. Vernon Ave.
