Facilities Management maintains 142 City buildings. Maintenance includes heating and air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, and other general repairs. The Facilities Division also provides parking enforcement, citation processing, and adjudication of parking appeals. The adjudication includes performing hearings for four other municipalities.

Facilities Management's ongoing preventive maintenance programs discover and prevent problems before they cause a loss in service or necessitate major repairs. Along with maintaining building systems, the division provides custodial maintenance to 39 buildings in varying levels. The Division also provides telephone support to all City and Water Department phones and is responsible for payment and monitoring of all utilities.
