Currently the Water Department is using E-Bidboard.com to handle all of our Bids, R.F.P.'s and R.F.Q.'s. E-Bidboard does not charge a fee to access/view, however they do require contact information to gain access to features such as; downloading of files, addendum notification and automatic update of changes to any bids you have expressed interest in. All of the links below will direct you to different pages within E-Bidboard.  If you are having trouble accessing E-Bidboard please contact purchasing at 909-384-5392.
