Toni Callicott
Toni Callicott has resided in San Bernardino for over 35 years. Ms. Callicott attended the University of California Riverside and California Baptist College Riverside, earning her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Sociology.

Following her undergraduate studies, Ms. Callicott went to San Francisco where she developed the Filmore Community Center as part of her graduate program. Following her graduate studies, she came to San Bernardino where she was employed by San Bernardino County Public Health Department as the Health Education Coordinator for the women's health component. Ms. Callicott continued her education earning Masters Degrees in Health Care Administration from California State University San Bernardino and in Education from Pepperdine University, Malibu California.

Ms. Callicott has owned her own marketing company, worked as Director of Marketing & Philanthropy at St. Bernardine Medical Center, developed a 150 bed assisted living facility in Chino and in 2002 became the CEO of the American Red Cross Inland Empire Chapter.

She is an Adjunct Professor at California State University San Bernardino and the University of Laverne. She is the Past President of the Arrowhead United Way; the American Cancer Society and is past vice chair of the American Heart Association. She is past chair of the civil service commission for the City of San Bernardino, and past chair of the Highland Senior Center.

Ms. Callicott also serves on the Salvation Army Advisory Board, St. Bernardine Medical Center Foundation, and the Advisory Board for the School of Natural Sciences CSUSB. She is an active Rotarian.
