Parks & Recreation

Welcome to the Parks, Recreation & Community Services department!

The City of San Bernardino Parks, Recreation, and Community Services department develops, manages, and maintains thirty-three parks that span approximately five hundred acres of open space and developed land. Our department is dedicated to ensuring that all residents of the City of San Bernardino are provided access to information, services, and resources. People of all ages in the community enjoy year-round events and programs hosted at our parks and Community Centers. Some popular annual events include Starlight Cinema, Sizzlin' Summer Nights, Inland Empire Senior Games, the Memorial Day Ceremony, Miracle on Court Street, and more! We welcome new vendors at our events, apply here! The department also encourages and supports active living through youth and adult sports programs, register here.
