Public Input Sought on Airport Gateway Specific Plan

On Thursday, January 12 from 6 to 8 p.m., the Inland Valley Development Agency will host a Public Meeting (open house format) at the Sterling Natural Resource Center, located at 25318 5th Street in Highland, for you to learn about the Airport Gateway Specific Plan. You'll be able to speak to the project team, discuss findings and share comments.

The Airport Gateway Specific Plan (AGSP) is designed to guide the long-range development of a 678-acre area of land located immediately north of the San Bernardino International Airport.

Meeting attendees will have an opportunity to learn about the proposal, speak with project team members, and provide comments on the Draft Program Environmental Impact Report (Draft PEIR), which the Inland Valley Development Agency (IVDA) is serving as the lead agency to comply with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The CEQA process is important as it informs residents
and decision-makers about a project and provides them an opportunity to comment. The document is available for review and comment through February 13, 2023 at www.ivdajpa.org
